I don't even want to imagine what a Christmas would look like without family! What a treasure my family is to me! We all gathered at the Smiths for lunch Christmas day and had a blast just relaxing and playing games (and eating Aunt Jenny's cookies). It was such a lovely day on Thursday that I went for a walk through my neighborhood and was able to have a prayer time as I walked. There is something so satisfying and refreshing to offer up my burdens to Jesus and thank Him for His nearness and faithfulness. I'm so happy to serve an unchanging God.
