I borrowed this from a friend as well but it's on my list of books I need to buy! She was a medical missionary to Africa. This book is full of her adventures, trials and victories that all go with the cost of being a missionary in a foreign country (I think she's British). Her way of studying certain aspects of the Christian life is very insightful. I have learned a lot about living my life here on earth for a different place.

Well, I have a teething baby whining at my feet so I don't 
have time to go into great detail about this book, but it's worth buying. It is called Living Sacrifice by Dr. Helen Roseveare.
